Best Anime Music: Anime Ending Themes!

Hey Legendary Looters, time to check out some more of my favourite music in Anime history this time it’s Iconic Japanese Themes!. These are all my opinion, but I am open to hearing new music that I may have missed.  The only rules I’m following is 1 franchise per list and no song from a previous list can be used. So in no particular order, here’s my list!.

Welcome to the NHK – Odoru Akachan Ningen

The is one of those categories with so many great options to choose from and as a reminder, the songs on this list are just pulled from that pile, not in order or best to worst. I loved this song when i heard it for the first time and also every time after that. The piano really stands out as something special and the art that accompanies it in the ending is very unusual and certainly suits the lyrics and tone of the theme.

Nerima Daikon Brothers – Berima

This a great lesser known anime, it’s a comedic musical with story boarding done by the great Nabeshin!. That’s the english version, because that’s the version I watched but the Japanese version has a full version that you can hear here. This is one of those series with several fun songs that’ll likely make their way into future lists. If you’re okay with the older style of anime, then I would recommend giving this one a shot.

Bleach – My Pace

I’m not a fan of the filler that accompanied this song, I mean the filler isn’t as bad as naruto but still not particularly amazing. That said, I loved this song, I usually skip openings and endings after listening to them once unless they’re really good, and this one made that cut. I listened to this song so much when it came out, really relaxing and uplifting.

Naruto – Wind

This is one of the songs that helped me really like Naruto. A lot of people aren’t huge fans of the pronounciation but if that doesn’t bother you, then it’s a fantastic song that makes me want to go back and watch the early series again. It’s a real shame the series was destroyed by filler, you’d have thought they’d learn their lesson the first time but alas, more filler is here…

Yakitate!! Japan – To All Tha Dreamers

It’s hard to find the full version of this song but it does exist!. This was a weird series that I didn’t think I would like, since it was about baking bread, but it was awesome!. It’s so ridiculous and over the top, with the reactions to the taste of the bread. It’s very similar to Shokugeki No Souma but with a lot less fanservice. It’s very funny and worth taking a look.

I hope you liked my list! Next time we’ll be looking at Anime Character Themes!
